Content Creators, Photographers, Podcasters, Musicians, Recording Artists, Graphics Designers, Youtubers, Bloggers, Videographers, And More. The studio is equipped for your production needs. Inquire for pricing* The room is on the top floor of the building. Rooms have windows to view broad st. We have a lobby and a reception area. There is a 361 sq ft lounge for waiting or relaxing. The space also has two gender neutral restrooms with wipes and disinfectant spray. A vending machine is located on the first floor in the venue area. 2 hour Parking around the perimeter of the building (Free after 6pm). Easily accessible by public transportation and lots of restaurants in the area for fuller meals. Each room can accommodate 5 people comfortably but we prefer to keep the guest to a minimum.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
