Spacious and Private Backyard with Parking for Events

Take the stress off yourself and reserve private space in a convenient location. The space is perfect for cozy meetups with a fire pit (existing one or bring your own) or fun parties with friends and family. The yard is large and spacious with open areas and shaded areas covered by trees. There is plenty of room to host outdoor workshops, fitness classes, cookouts, parties, and more. There are shady areas and open areas. The space can fit a lot of unique needs. There are some places with uneven ground. What you'll get: - Access to the backyard for up to 100 guests (please contact if there may be more). - Water access via outdoor hose lines - Access to an outlet - Small fire pit Please note: Portable bathroom rental is mandatory. Most guests choose to secure the porta-potty themselves. There is NO access to the inside of the home on the property. The host can find a book a porta-potty for an additional fee (select via add-on). The Porta-Potty add-on is for the host finding and booking but does not include the cost of the Porta-Potty. The fee should be paid directly to the host once the client approves of cost within 24 hours. Proof of rental is required 3 days before your booking slot or the event booking is subject to cancellation.
