Our studio is a professional photography and video production rental studio located near SFO between San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Our spacious 5400 sq ft studio features a 40' cyc wall, beautiful natural light, a fully equipped kitchen and an extensive in-house equipment rental department. The space is primarily an open floor plan, with approximately 4,000 square feet of open production space. Main Studio Features: • 40'x22' Cyc wall • 16.5' – 18' clear ceiling height • 200Amps of 3-phase power with power distribution equipment included (200A dedicated to production equipment, 400A total in the space). • Dimmable and color-tunable house lights from 3200K to 5600K • North facing large windows for natural light • Powered blackout shades • 14' Wide street-level roll-up door with direct access to the studio • 3 Hair and makeup stations and 2 full size changing rooms with mirrors and seating Kitchen Features: • Full size production kitchen • Stainless Steel appliances (54" commercial refrigerator, commercial freezer, 36" induction range with oven, 2nd 30" convection oven) • Miscellaneous other kitchen appliances and tools (blender, toaster oven, mixers, utensils, etc). Other Amenities: • Espresso/Cappuccino machine • Conference table and client lounge area • Quiet phone room for calls and zoom meetings • Full studio sound system with air-play • Gigabit fiber internet (with Wi-Fi and hardwired connections) • Extensive rental equipment on-site (available for additional fees) *CONDITION/PAINTING OF CYCLORAMA WALL AND FLOOR* Our cyc is always white for each rental; however, since many of the productions we host are not actually shooting on the cyc, or at least not in a way that the floor of the cyc is visible in their photographs, we do not automatically re-paint it before each rental. In many cases it will have footprints, scuffs, tire marks, wheel marks, other dirt and scratches, and overall marks and wear that may be visible in photographs. If you would like us to put down a fresh coat of white paint prior to your booking, please select the "Paint Cyc Floor White" add-on.
