About Seed Pilates + Movement Training
Seed Pilates & Movement Training is an intimately sized Pilates and movement studio space (one room), full of natural light and designed to create a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Seed is outfitted with brand new (2021) STOTT PILATES Equipment, including: Rehab V2 Max Plus Reformer V2 Max Plus Reformer SPX Max Plus Reformer Each Reformer has a Vertical Frame Tower for expanded use as well as the ability to convert each into raised mats. Split-Pedal Stability Chair A variety of props and accessories, including foam rollers, stability balls, resistance bands, and more. Seed is best suited for Pilates or other movement practices. In addition to the Pilates equipment listed, there's additional floor space for 4-6 exercise mats (4 mats onsite). The atmosphere is light, bright and airy; the space is very tidy and well organized and is abundantly decorated with plants to bring the outdoors in for a tranquil, modern feel.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
