No parties of any kind, no food or drinks and no shoes. Open, spacious, lovely atmosphere for Workshops, photo shoots, healing practice, classes and the like. NO PARTIES ALLOWED! NO RENTAL PAST 9pm! Currently used as Yoga Studio. Props available for a fee; blankets, bolsters, straps, blocks & rollers. Wifi & Bluetooth speakers available. Newly painted and well cared for historical building with lots of charm. Energetically vibrant yet calm/quiet. Beloved Community Space with a long standing reputation of serving the people. Easy access all on one walk in level. Curtains & skylights that let light in. Heat & air filters available. Abundant non-metered street parking. Dining across the street and convenience store on corner. NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES. No food or drink allowed in the Studio. Pristine setting.

Health and Safety Measures

The Studio & props are cleaned daily. We pride ourselves in our cleanliness. We wipe down the surfaces and bathroom & mop the floors daily. Our Studio sparkles and has lots of white walls for photo shoots.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
