The home is filled with an eclectic and international vibe, featuring many interesting pieces from a life of art and travel, and framed photographs from the resident professional photographer (all cleared for use, or productions are welcome to move things around as desired). Resident’s award-winning photographer available for set/event photography, pending availability, at a negotiated rate per project. Please note these additional fees: $250 flat cleaning fee (for every production) $100/day utility fee $30/hour site rep fee (for productions with more than 15 people, an on-site rep is required) $250/night overnight shooting fee (plus a hotel room for residents if they need to be off-premises overnight as well, ie you are filming in the master bedroom.) $200/night equipment storage/walk-away fee if needed to keep equipment set up or stored in the house overnight.
