Located in a quiet neighborhood just 15 minutes from downtown Greenville, the White Ranch home is the perfect place to capture content, whether you're a photographer, brand, videographer,or influencer. With an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, this mid century modern home has plenty of comfortable space and appeals to those looking for a minimal, scandinavian, or bohemian style. Adjacent to the living room is a beautiful 12 ft sunroom with lots of plants and windows on each wall filling the room with natural light. Please note: For those allergic to pets, this household has a cat. *For December bookings - the space will have Christmas decorations and will not be removable until after the New Year. To ensure we’re able to prepare the space properly, please book at least 24 hours IN ADVANCE. Thank you!

The White Ranch home is cleaned daily as it is our primary residence and is cleaned and disinfected in between bookings. We do have cats but we regularly sweep and vacuum the floors, rugs, and couches to minimize cat hair.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
