Our 409sqft (38sqm) studio space is self contained with its own bathroom (24 sqft or 2.3sqm). It is a perfect space for a wide range of creative projects and activities. The full length canvas drapes can be removed and garage door can be opened to have the space fully in daylight. Alternatively, it can be total blackout. Perfect for all types of shoots and small to medium teams.

Professional cleaner cones in before each booking. There is soap dispenser in the bathroom and all surfaces are natural granite (easily cleaned).
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
