About the Space

Our space is a cleanly designed vintage modern space intended as a blank slate for you to decorate (or not) as you choose. The space is cleanly decorated with clean white tones, a vintage tile ceiling with original light fixtures, hardwood floors, and gold accents. The space is geared towards all day rentals for larger events like weddings, anniversaries, quinceañeras, bar/bat mitzvahs, etc. We only take one event rental per day and rentals are from 12pm - 12am including any set-up/clean-up. You are welcome to choose any vendor of your choosing, from caterers to DJ's. We only require that all food/beverage be made and served by licensed handlers. We have a sound system ready for a DJ to plug into or even a computer with your own playlist. The space also includes a 16ft bar ready for a bartender with refrigeration and an ice machine, private bathrooms, a small private bridal space, separate prep kitchen for caterers, and use of our 8ft rectangle reclaimed wood tables and gold cross-back chairs. There will also be an event liaison there for the duration of your rental should you have any questions etc. The main area is nearly 4,000 sq ft not including the separate foyer/entrace area and bathrooms. The space fits up to 300 seated (no room for dance space) but fits 200+ comfortably with ample dance space. The original victorian farmhouse attached to the event venue dates back to 1895 and has a long history that we've done our best to preserve. It is a unique property to serve our guests in different ways. The event space has a separate entrance in the back to ensure privacy for the rentals, though you're welcome to take photos on the property in front of the home as well. The outdoor area boasts beautiful mature trees nestled throughout the property tucked into the beautiful countryside of Wisconsin though just a mile away from the Illinois border for convenience.

Health and Safety Measures

Thorough cleaning is done by a professional service before/after every event. We have several filters installed through the central air and heating system as well. The space is not shared with anyone other than you/your guests with a private and separate entrance/exit.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
