Whether it's day or night, the scenery is sure to inspire! Additional amenities include a large 2-car garage and ample street parking. There’s also a spacious paid parking lot directly across the street for any extra vehicles. This space guarantees an amazing and unforgettable experience for your meeting! The rental includes: living room, dining room, kitchen, office, and both balconies. Please note that rooms are NOT included in the rental but can be added for an additional fee. Feel free to inquire about this add-on with the host. ***The consumption of alcohol and the use of any form of smoking products are strictly prohibited on the premises*** *** Please note: Any gatherings classified as parties will be categorized as Events (not meetings). *** ***Security Deposit and Insurance: For all bookings accommodating 16-29 guests, a security deposit of $500 will be required. For 30-40 guests, a security deposit of $1,000 will be required, along with proof of insurance. The security deposit is refundable, pending an inspection following your reservation. Insurance is essential to safeguard both parties against potential damages or unforeseen incidents during your booking. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
