Request to book with your desired times for an accurate quote. 2. What is your intended use of our loft? 3. How many people do you plan to have in our loft at any given time? 4. Average age and demographic? (i.e. university students / young professionals / commercial film crew / feature film / music video / marriage/wedding) Note: This is NOT the place to throw wild parties. Private functions are ok, but wild parties are not, and if partying without permission you will immediately be evicted without refund upon discovery. ★ WE HAVE TWO ROOMS INCLUDED: - The Main Brick Loft Room - The White and Green Room ★ RATE SPECIAL - We book a maximum 12-hour day for $2000 (excl. taxes and fees) during the week. Weekends rates are $2500/12-hour day. Please request these special rates, and we will create a custom offer for you. ★ CREATIVE USE: - Photography - Photography workshops and tutorials - Actor self-tapes / audition tapes - Yoga sessions, and workshops - YouTube videos & makeup tutorials - Personal video project with less than 5 total people on set.
