Kernville Ranch is 15 acres. A working Ranch in the Southern Sierra Mountains of California, USA. Just 5 min from town, Kernville Ranch is home to mules and horses that are used in a worthy charity One Spade Youth Packers. Stay in one of the Airbnb listings or plan your dream wedding or summer family holiday. Amelia and Jason Pitti are the relatively new owners of this historic ranch. Jason is the manager of Sunset Ranch, a rental barn in LA and Amy is an award winning Airbnb Host, Painter and most importantly a Mum. We enjoy sharing and enhancing this beautiful place, and heralding the beauty of the Kern River Valley. Welcome:-) Kernville Ranch is magical. Abundant water flows through the meadows, herons fish in the wetlands and frogs chorus fills the sweet night air. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
