Whether you are planning a wedding reception, corporate event or intimate dinner party, we can provide the perfect setting. Enter a renovated lobby space on the first floor adorned with vintage and industrial details. Here you will find guest restrooms and a bridal room with its own restroom and vanity area. Take the restored 1955 Otis freight elevator for a dramatic entry to the third floor. Your guests will truly be “wowed” when they step off the elevator into your event. The original hemlock beams, exposed brick, and maple hardwood floors define an event space like no other.

Venue is clean by a professional cleaning company after each event. Cleanup during the Rental Period is the responsibility of the Renter. Cleaning supplies located in the Venue’s caterer preparation area will be available to the Renter and vendors. The caterer preparation area and bars shall be free of food and beverages and wiped down. All trash shall be removed and placed in the dumpster located on the premises.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
