Colorful Factory Loft in RINO Arts District

Located in the RINO Arts District, our bright and colorful space is ideal for interview-style video shoots, portrait work, still-life photography, and more. The main room is a large (700sq ft), open area with two walls of 6ft-tall windows bringing tons of natural light to your shoot. The bold yellow staircase is a fixture in the space and adds a special touch in the background. The main living area has massive 25ft+ ceilings which can accommodate a portable seamless, tall light stands, soft boxes, booms, etc. We have minimal furniture making it easy for rearranging for shooting purposes, and all pieces are available for use in your project. One large bedroom upstairs is also available as either a dressing room or for shooting, complete with high ceilings and natural light. All windows have motorized shades making light shaping that much easier. One wall of windows faces northwest and the other faces northeast. Our large, open kitchen is also available for use and has plenty of natural light. We have one bathroom available on the main floor next to living area. We are only a few blocks from a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. And we are only 5 blocks from the A-line train that goes directly to Denver International Airport. For your shoot we also provide free access to bottled water, Nespresso machine/pods, small reflectors (gold, silver, white), 2 extension cords, 1 power strip, 1 Bluetooth speak, and 1 folding table.
