Newly renovated and conveniently located in the Heart of Downtown Toronto, this venue features a large open-concept space with a built-in kitchen/service space designed for workshops, product launch events, meet-ups, or selected social gatherings. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great atmosphere, convenient location and very pleasant support team.
What a great venue. It was like having a house party but for more people. The kitchen gave us lots of room to set up the food & drinks. Lots of places for people to sit & eat at a table but comfy couches & chairs to sit & have a visit. We used the big screen to put on the football game - just like at home! Everyone asked how we found the place & commented how nice it was. Staff were excellent too answering all our questions & helping out. Would definitely rent again.

The host did not mention that on weekends the building is closed and someone needs to be permanently stationed at the door to get people into the building and also up the elevator. For an event were guests arrive at different times I couldn't attend to my guests because I had to be on door and elevator duty. There were also issues with the A/V, we couldn't play music, microphone kept cutting off, the projector wasn't working. We spent over an hour trying to get it working and it still did not work. The a/c also barely worked for the number of guests. The room was quite warm and a little uncomfortable.

The space was perfect for our holiday party. We had everything we needed and our host Jas was very accommodating and super quick to respond to questions/requests. One thing we were not happy about is people who work out of the space. Most people left before our 6pm timeslot but there was a few who were still hanging around when our guests showed up. They quickly realized and left without any incident but then in the middle of our party two people came into the kitchen where our chef was preparing food and where our bar was to get into the cupboards to get a glass so she could get some water. I explained that we have rented the space and she shouldn't be there but she remained until I got a glass and she got some water. If the space is booked I would think nobody else should be allowed to enter.
