Our newly renovated, bright, & modern home is less than 10 min by car to bayside beaches known for gentle waves and expansive shorelines during low tide. This home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a brand-new kitchen & living room. The great room offers extra space for lounging, dining, or working. Outside, there is a large backyard with deck, fire pit and outdoor shower. Close to beaches, restaurants, and more! As you enter the home, you will be greeted by a modern & comfortable living room with ample seating. The living room gets plenty of sun in the afternoon. The primary bedroom is carefully decorated to create a tranquil environment and has a comfortable queen bed with cozy bedding. The closet has been removed to make room for a brand new ensuite bathroom. Next to the primary bedroom is a bright and airy bunkroom. There are 3 twin sleeping spaces in this room (twin bed + bunk beds). This room has ample storage space, including a closet and dresser. On the other side of the living room is our brand new, fully stocked kitchen with all new cabinets, appliances, and cookware. Make yourself a cup of complimentary coffee with our Keurig. The kitchen opens into the Great Room which offers additional space for guests to enjoy and makes the home feel more spacious. There is a futon, a desk station, and a dining area with seating for 6. The Great Room leads to our private deck and spacious backyard. Sorry, pets are not allowed :( No smoking. No parties.
