Beautiful Octagon Chicago Style Bungalow in Berwyn with Amazing Stained Glass Windows
About the Space
Colorful 1920s brick bungalow built in the classic Chicago style. The front of the house is lined with the original stained glass windows that make the wide open living room a stand out. The home maintains much of its original charm in the living and dining rooms. The kitchen is a bright colorful take on the 1950s with atomic pink countertops and a red and chrome 1950s kitchen set. The back yard boasts a 1960s patio set and (seasonal) canopy. The block, in the heart of Berwyn's bungalow belt, is filled with more beautiful homes - each with an American flag in front. The basement has a 1950s tiki bar and a retro bamboo sofa set. Furniture may be moved, it will have to be moved back to original location in home as part of rental time. Entrance is on the side. Six steps up to first floor, seven steps to basement. You must obtain Berwyn film permit before filming. Cat and dog live on site but will in separate quarters during production.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
