This space has been transformed from a residential home, to a Real Estate model home that offers 2 unique spaces. It can be utilized as a meeting space that has a 50" google tv that allows screencast for presentations, full kitchen, restroom, serving table with seating up to 20, and a private conference room. It's equiped with a conference room table that allows up to 8 people to sit comfortably with additional seating around the room as well. It also has 2 standing presentation/workstations with whiteboards and WIFI projector & screen.

We have a professional cleaner that comes in and deep cleans weekly. In between each booking, all tables, chairs, doorhandles are wiped down with disenfecting wipes
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
