About the Space
This space is perfect for hosting a variety of events such as private dinners, seminars, film screenings, presentations, corporate galas, and receptions. The key features of this venue are its comfortable cafe area, FULL kitchen and bar, professional sound system, and retractable auditorium seating and Dance Floor The space is laid in three segments: 1. The cafe - a bright, and comfortable area for folks to sit on our long booths or stand and mingle. This area is equipped with a full kitchen and espresso machine that's perfect for a private dinner or party. 2. Stage - our stage is in the middle of the space and it's surrounded by a 360 degrees curtain, allowing the "front" of the stage to be in either direction. This portion is great for hanging our projector for corporate events, setting up a photo booth for parties, or used as a traditional stage for a performance. 3. Auditorium - Our auditorium seating fits 80 people and is mainly used for performances, presentations, and screenings. The seating can easily be put away to have a large open space to fit more tables or act as a dance floor. WEEKDAY RENTALS: -Weekday is flat rate as listed on our pricing, there is no additional charge for over 50 attendees. -Weekday Rentals exclude Friday evenings.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This is a perfect place to host a small (or bigger) gathering. The place is modern and it caters everything that you needed for a fun event. The sound system is perfect and we love the lightings. Eric, the manager of the place is so helpful and considerate, and he's always on top with everything. I highly recommended this place to all hosts.

We had our baby shower at this venue! Eric was very helpful with accommodating all requests and we got replies very quickly. Great space and lots of free parking. Photos turned out well because of the interior background and lighting. Highly recommend for anyone hosting parties!

Eric was a fantastic host. Very responsive and easy to work with. The space is perfect for a gathering/party/event of up to 80 people with versatile furnishings and a sufficiently long counter (with sink and espresso machine) to serve food. We held a movie screening, and while the bleachers were perfect for our guests, the screen and projector were a bit glitchy. Eric did try his best, but the slight delay between the image and sound was a bit disappointing. The sound/speaker system was good, though.
