About the Space
My studio is a medium size space that allows for photoshoots, podcasting, and small video/film production. Equipment and editing station is not included but can be added to rental package if needed, (equipment is subject to owners discretion). A studio supervisor will ALWAYS be on site but will not interfere with guests production. The studio supervisor is there to make sure that all accommodations are met to the best of our ability, and the security and safety of our studio space, equipment, and most importantly our residents.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
