About the Space
Very modern and clean 1000 square foot space with modern design of white walls, dark floor, and dark ceiling. Ceilings are 9 feet high. Street-level with loading dock (4 feet) and free parking and space available 5 days a week, 7am - 7pm. Please enquire about weekend rates and late evenings. Access to a dedicated hair and make up room, green room and Kitchenette with mini fridge, dishwasher and sink. Perfect for small to medium video productions, photoshoots, music videos, small events, training courses, seminars and more. Lighting and Video gear available to rent, at additional cost. MINIMUM BOOKING: 3hrs If you require extended production days, please mention ahead of time!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
