Located in the heart of the Chelsea Arts District, Corner Studio is NYC's premiere rental studio and event space. 2000 square feet of open space, lined by two full walls of lofted waist-to-ceiling windows and 2 full walls of sleek white space, allows the natural light let in by it's southern and eastern to perfectly compliment your usage. Enjoy views over the infamous NYC highline while taking in NYC's wide cityscape of skyline views. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space has enhanced cleaning practices that keep our employees and our renters safe. High traffic areas are cleaned often and throughly between uses and the space is designed for distancing between customers. All employees are tested regularly and adhere to strict policies regarding health and safety.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
