Expansive first floor leads you to our elegant staircase and 20ft ceiling second floor of the gallery. Lots of natural light comes through our skylight and outdoor patio. Our unique revolving installations change every 3-6 months, ask us what's upcoming for your next event. This gallery truly dazzles for private events, fundraisers, cocktail receptions, and rehearsal dinners. SPACE DETAILS 4800 Sq Ft (Each floor 2400 sq ft) 20' Ceilings Skylight Centerpiece. Outdoor with Plant Wall, Private use of space. FOOD & BEVERAGE Food and beverage is allowed in the space. We have a catering preparation space, but we do not have a kitchen. We do offer in-house food/beverage services or you are welcome to bring your own.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The gallery provides plenty of space for physical distance. Tables and chairs can be arranged according to a guests level of comfort. The gallery has built in Hepa air filters and free standing filters as well. Doors can be propped open to allow for plenty of air circulation. I personally wipe all surfaces with approved disinfectant, this includes: tables, chairs, desks, doors, all surfaces and restrooms are wiped down often. Staff is limited to myself and a guard during offsites. Masks are required at all times. We feel we are offering a very safe environment, adhering to all city and state requirements for keeping people safe and comfortable.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
