Beautiful Zen Midcentury - Modern-ish home with 2 amazing outdoor entertaining areas. A beautiful chef's kitchen with Italian Stainless Steel appliances is also available for your booking pleasure. Lot's of glass and natural light in living and kitchen areas. Cantilever umbrellas provide shade for your outdoor needs with plenty of seating. Outdoor lounging patio easily seats 10 or more on stone wall, and dining table seats 8. Two fire tables! Beautiful water garden with water fall, Water Lillies, Lotus, Koi Fish, Gold Fish, and Frogs! Please note prime time for blooms is the Summer, although last year we had Water Lillies well into the Fall. Sonos sound system throughout house and one outdoor speaker. Beautiful evening lighting on both patios and the fire tables provide light, as well. This space is perfect for photo shoots, film shoots, small gatherings and meetings.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
