The house is bright and clean, with a vintage farmhouse design. One of the bedrooms in the house was recently used in a commercial video shoot and redesigned by the crew as a teenage girls room. The living room and bright kitchen with huge windows overlooking the 7 acres of pasture could be used for family photos, professional headshots or commercial branding photo/video shoots. Also available for use is the beautiful outdoor space, situated on 7 acres, there are plenty of areas outside for family photo mini sessions or full session photoshoots. Lastly, there is a large barn on the property that can be made available for use for an extra fee.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
