Adorned with architectural features, the cottage has a unique layout with a studio area which has lots of natural light, a back deck, a kitchenette, bedroom area and a full bathroom for hair/makeup, plus. Built in glass cases with cool antiques. The cottage has a kitchenette/full refrigerator/microwave/keurig for 'prep'. Restaurants, fast food, Coffee (Starbucks/Dunkin Donuts) within walking distance. Easy access from NYC. The Estate has many 'outdoor' areas including a boxwood maze, water features, open grass areas to book for extra fee. (Some outside areas are under renovation/restoration and may be off limits). Other areas of the Estate outside/garden shoots, main house, carriage house are available to book by separate peerspace listings. So what are you waiting for? Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
