Located near Downtown San Diego, the Beach is an outdoor event space located on our Good Life Vacation Rental Hotel Property. Note: There is a 4 hour minimum on this event space. Bookings made that are less than 4 hours will be canceled. You must also select the Mandatory $40 Cleaning Fee that is required before booking your event. Covers both BYO Catering & Alcohol) • Banquet tables and chairs • ADA Event Space • 2 Gated Spots & Free Street Parking • High Speed Wifi • Resort Security Cameras • Legal Hotel: Our event space is legal as we are a certified legal hotel. You are free to host your event or party without worry that your event will be shut down. Additional Add-ons As the Beach Event space is located on resort property, you may upgrade your event to include: • Overnight Lodging • Chairs & Tables Rental • Cocktail Table Rental • Speakers • Heaters • Additional Event Space • Photo booth • Staff for your event • Alcohol Package Should you add-on Overnight Lodging, you can additionally add-on amazing perks for your guests including: • Morning Yoga • Breakfast pastries, fruit, & coffee • Rentals stocked with snacks & beverages Note: There is a 4 hour minimum on this event space. In order to uphold the cleanliness of our resort, this fee will cover the cost of clean-up and labor following your event. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
