Please note this is not an actual beach; highest quality silica sand was added to the resort as a visual aesthetic. The ocean is 1 mile away. Event Options: your event must fall either time slot. Advance notice is appreciated.) • BBQ counter and 10’x10’ space for caterer: $60 Should you add-on Overnight Lodging, you can additionally add-on amazing perks for your guests including: • Morning Yoga • Breakfast pastries, fruit, & coffee • Rentals stocked with snacks & beverages NOTE: our event space has a 5-hour minimum on weekends and a 4-hour minimum on weekdays. This includes 30 minutes before your event for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup. You must also select the Mandatory $40 Cleaning Fee that is required before booking your event. In order to uphold the cleanliness of our resort, this fee will cover the cost of clean-up and labor following your event. Insurance is only required for paid events or those expecting 40 or more guests. For smaller gatherings of 1 to 39 people, it's optional. Must be 21+ to book events and overnight. Our outdoor beach area is cleaned prior to your event. Your group will exclusive access to this area and able to manage your event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
