Consisting of two separate units, each with an open floor plan, large windows and spacious living areas, it’s the perfect destination for a relaxing couples retreat, family trip, or weekend getaway with friends. Thorold is a convenient home base, with the famous Niagara Falls located just 10 minutes away by car, as well as nature trails, beaches, wineries and shopping destinations. The space Our upstairs unit features a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, stone counters, and a large kitchen island that’s perfect for entertaining. The dining room comfortably seats 6 people, while the living room offers a large comfy sectional, smart TV, and fireplace. Located off of the open-concept kitchen, dining, and lounge area are the unit’s 3 bedrooms—one King and two Queen—all featuring closets and bedside tables for comfort and convenience. Other amenities include private laundry with complimentary detergent and designated driveway parking with street parking available directly in front of the house. The unit also features a private outdoor space with a barbecue, outdoor seating, and lawn games. Please note: This is a private upstairs unit in a duplex with a second private unit located below. Each unit has its own separate entrance and outdoor spaces are separated by a privacy fence. The driveway is shared between units with designated spaces for each. There are no shared spaces within the house, however some noise transfer between units is possible. Guest access Our house is a licensed duplex with two private units. It features separate entrances, outdoor spaces, and parking. Please contact us about booking both units to accommodate larger groups. Other things to note House Rules ● NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. ● No unregistered guests. ● No smoking. ● No illegal substances. ● No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. ● No changing of the locks. ● Remove shoes when inside the home. ● Furniture is not to be arranged. ● Guests must check out at the designated time (Early check-in or late check-out may be permitted and pre-arranged with us prior to arrival). ● This unit is for a maximum of 6 guests unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with us prior to check-in. Any additional guests will incur an extra charge. ● Guests agree to pay for damages that exceed the amount of the deposit. Please immediately report any damages. ● This space is shared with another unit, therefore noise transfers easily. Any excessive noise will result in a noise complaint. ● Respect the noise curfew (11pm-7am). ● Please be respectful of our community around you. ● Additional cleaning will incur an extra charge. ● Please be respectful of the furnishings, towels and sheets, which we carefully selected with your comfort in mind. ● Please park in your assigned parking space as the driveway is shared by two units. No commercial or recreational vehicles are to be parked in the driveway (i.e. RVs, trailers, boats). No street parking in the winter. ● Before checkout, please ensure the premises are the way you found them. ● Violation of any of the above will result in additional costs billed to the guests, including but not limited to: noise complaint fines, additional cleaning services required, excess trash, repair or replacement cost of damaged or missing items.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
