Luxurious and peaceful. Enter in our top of the line fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. Keurig Coffee ,Tea, Hot Coco & Sweetner provided. 2 fully stocked Spa like bathrooms w/ luxurious towels .4 Lg. Bedrooms. w/ luxurious linens .Cozy wood burning fireplace in Living room. Warm lights around the fireplace for those cold nights If you're looking to spend a cozy weekend on the North Fork of Long Island while you're visiting the wineries then this is the place for you. If you're looking for a quite peaceful stay, then our home is the perfect place. As you enter our home enjoy the warm feeling of ship lap decorated on the foyer walls with bright and cheery sunflowers in a milk pail vase. Wake up to the sounds of nature and stunning country setting while you enjoy your morning coffee or tea. Enjoy a cozy fire pit while cooking on our outside grill. Take a stroll on our farm like yard as you take in all of the nature. No Pets over 20 pounds permitted and a photo of pet is required before approval. We only allow 2 pets in total. Each Pet must not weigh over 20 pounds. Owner must leash their pets as the front yard has no fences. Owner must pick up after their dog and discard in poop bags. Please crate your pet while you are out for the day to protect our home from any possible damages. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire first and second floor home as well as the yard. Health and Safety Measures
Our home is professionally cleaned. Our cleaning crew does a wonderful job with cleaning and disinfecting. Although our cleaning crew is there to clean, please be mindful and put all of the garbage, cups, bottles, food etc. that is brought in into garbage bags and place in the outdoor garbage bins provided. Take all un used food with you as well.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
