About the Space
Perfect space to record a podcast, already equipped and set up for it. I've been podcasting since 2012 and can do full service production. Also have a green screen for video that can be used to film short spots, ads, etc. This gorgeous ranch house in historic Normaltown is the perfect place to create. The whole space is set up with a white board, three desks, a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a whole house to relax in as you record your podcast or video series.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
