Brand marketing photo/video ONLY. - No boudoir. No nudity. No drugs. No smoking. No alcohol. No pets. Built in 1939, this beautiful location carries the charm of the era, as well as modern, high-end design updates. There is a TON of beautiful, natural light, making this home perfect for photo and video shoots, to cover a wide range of marketing needs. (If you are a brand looking to shoot specific furniture and product pieces in the house, you are welcome to bring furniture/other pieces and re-arrange as needed.) As a brand owner and graphic designer, I have spent time in nearly every role around the marketing of a product - from being on location at shoots, styling products, photo editing/designing for social content, and even behind the camera. This world is very familiar to me, and I am happy to assist other creatives in providing a high design aesthetic for marketing needs. This location is my home - please care for it well!
