About Heirloom Cottage & Studio
Welcome to our updated 1920’s cottage, hidden in the woods just north of the Twin Cities. On a secluded 1.2 acres, you’ll enjoy a private home for a photoshoot, product shoot, or media production. You'll have access to the entire cottage and backyard during your booking. The garage is not accessible at this time but is on the property. We have professional cleaners clean the space between each booking. Rest assured that the space will be clean and ready for whatever event you have planned.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
