The studio space features a spacious couch for creative process, sound proofing acoustic panels for sound treatment as well as a Sterling Audio condenser microphone for clear audio recording. Along with M-Audio Key Station 88es MIDI Keyboard for musical compositions. Our studio space is ideal for the following: - Vocal Tracking - Instrument Tracking - Podcast Recording - Music Production (Beats/Jingles) - Radio Ad Production - Audiobook Projects Amenities include: - Mini Fridge for cold beverages. (please provide your own beverages or beverages can be provided by the studio. Must be 21+ w/ ID to access any alcoholic beverages on the property.) - Coffee Pot Vape/Smoke friendly with added cleaning fee. Sessions can go as late as 4:00 AM-5:00 AM.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
