THE SET Built as architect Ron Wommack's personal home and signature project, this serene, light-filled space is an AIA award-winning "Eco-Oasis" of floor-to-ceiling glass, exposed steel, and concrete, wrapped behind a private bamboo garden and privacy wall. Natural light pours through the glass all day, throwing prisms and rainbow effects across the room (see photos). The feel is museum-like calm in a warm, Tulum-inspired "temple" vibe — it transports you out of the city the moment you walk in. WHY IT WORKS FOR FILM & PHOTO The neighborhood is quiet despite being centrally located, with zero highway noise, and the heavy stone walls and thick glass dampen sound from cars, planes, and the street — ideal for filming and live broadcasts. The 1,700 sq ft loft-style layout (1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms) is fully reconfigurable: move any furniture, furnishings, or art to build your setup. Strong WiFi throughout. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking, with tea, coffee, and a full fridge to stock your own. Closet and garage storage for multi-day shoots, plus a washer/dryer on site. LOCATION Solar-powered and central: 1 mile from the Design District / Dallas Market Center, 2 miles from Downtown and the American Airlines Center, and under 4 miles from Love Field. A NOTE ON FURNITURE & DECOR The furniture is minimal & the decor creates a soft, relaxing, Tulum vibe. The whole space is yours to reconfigure — move any furniture, furnishings, art, or decor to build your shot. The standard setup is one table with 6 chairs (as shown); the tea lounge (beanbag chairs and seating cushions); plus a large daybed (the "cuddle puddle") where a traditional living room would be, in keeping with the home's temple feel. The bedroom is also available for all shoots. Need a different look? Several setups are available as add-ons when you book — including removing the cuddle puddle / clearing the living area, and bringing in extra tables and chairs. We request NO furniture rental/delivery without expressed, written approval by the host; and we reserve the right to reject unapproved deliveries without reimbursement. The house is 1,700 sq ft, so larger productions can work — anything above 35 just needs a quick conversation first. FILM & PHOTO ONLY Per City of Dallas zoning, this is a film and photo studio — not available for parties or special events. Health and Safety Measures

I take great pride in keeping this house in pristine, museum-like appearance. My co-hosts share my passion for excellence and we look forward to delighting you and your guests. NOTE: You are responsible for removing any trash from the property generated by your event, outside of the one trash can that I provide in the house. Otherwise, a fee will be assess for me to hire private trash hauler.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
