Featuring nine uniquely-styled rooms across three floors (Parlor Floor, Ground Floor, and Top Floor) the house offers an abundance of inspiring spaces for realizing your next project. As such, we ask guests to please be respectful of our space. This means: > Arrive on time and be ready to leave on time (overtime is 2x the hourly rate, prorated to every 15mins) > No smoking under any circumstances inside the house ($500 penalty for smoking) > No partying, screaming, stomping on the stairs, etc. > No drugs, excessive drinking, or weapons of any kind > Mindfulness when it comes to muddy/wet shoes, items that may scratch the floors or walls, etc. > Respect when it comes to the various valuable and fragile pieces of furniture that we have in the house. > Respect for our neighbors and their property, including our ground floor tenant. ------------------------------------------- ADDITIONAL CHARGES: ------------------------------------------- > We may ask for a $500 security deposit for larger groups, payable before the start of your booking and reimbursed within 24 hours after booking end, barring any damages/overages. > Our maximum capacity is 30 people. If there are more than 30 people in your group on site on the day of your booking, there will be an over capacity charge of $150/person. > Please make sure to be accurate when specifying the number of attendees you need for your booking. If your group exceeds the number of attendees agreed at the time of booking you will be charged an additional $100 per hour per additional person over the number agreed. > Overtime is charged at 2x the hourly rate. Any overtime extending past the agreed upon end time will be subject to an hourly rate that is 2x the previously agreed hourly rate, prorated according to each additional 15 minutes of overtime incurred. We are artists ourselves and know full well that the creative mind needs freedom and flexibility so we always work with our guests to make their time with us as comfortable as possible while still preserving the condition of our home. ------------------------------------------- SITE MANAGER: ------------------------------------------- Our site manager Hope will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space, to verify head count, and to ensure that all rules are followed. ------------------------------------------- GETTING HERE: ------------------------------------------- Our home is located in Mott Haven in the South Bronx, just across the Harlem River from Manhattan with easy access to the 4, 5, and 6 trains. There is free street parking making load in and load out easy. ------------------------------------------- SUPPLIES: ------------------------------------------- All productions are responsible for bringing their own supplies (e.g. paper towels, trash bags, recycling bags) and for removing all garbage after the project has wrapped. The space is thoroughly cleaned between bookings in accordance with both COVID-19 guidelines and general cleaning protocols.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
