Our contemporary gallery space is designed to be flexible and welcoming, surrounded by rotating exhibitions of inspiring artwork. The industrial-sheik space combines exposed brick from the 1800s and new construction with a stage, preparation room, and two handicap bathrooms. Our 100-person capacity facility makes it an ideal location for meetings. With a free parking lot in the back, this is a rare gem in Dover! You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We provide tables and chairs to comfortably seat up to 24 guests, or we can clear the space for an open layout with a couple of cocktail tables.

Space is cleaned thoroughly and bathroom supplies are stocked by the host in between events and bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
