This space is a modern art studio with 2000 sq. ft of open concept floor plan with 18 ft ceilings. The space features a full heated marble bar, kitchen, bathroom and private lounge room. The entire space has built in speakers for music and state of the art lighting fixtures, which can be dimmed to your preference. The space features white walls, white epoxy floor and a black ceiling with LED fixtures to give a clean, modern yet minimal look to your events. The space also houses a unique 20 foot long sea container and a 12 foot tall industrial garage that can be accessed if needed. This gallery space is a great place for your corporate event and/or meeting. Capacity: 60 people. Please note: Art will always stay on the walls.
