Historic Gothic revival manor in north London: spooky basement, elegant ballroom, spacious attic, or expansive lawn.

These spaces are ideal for photo/video shoots or other short-term creative endeavours. Each space has access to a washroom. We are limited to five people or fewer in the house itself at any one time. The use of every space except the lawn requires the use of stairs. The stairs to the attic and basement are quite steep. Each space is a different size and has different features. The lawn is just under one acre. There is a water hookup and an electricity hookup adjacent to the lawn. The attic is rented as one unit but has several rooms available (all measurements are in feet): 15'x12', 9'x15', 17'x12', 11'x12', 6'x9', and 10'x14'. The attic is best suited for daytime use: at this time there are functioning electric lights in only one room (17'x12'), and there are no functioning water sources or electric sockets. The basement is about 1,500 square feet, divided into small rooms (the boiler room is excluded from the available space). The basement is rented as one unit. There are electric lights and electric sockets throughout. The basement is an unfinished space and is quite spooky with its mineralized spider corpses and its odd little rooms and arches. The ballroom area has full electric connections and lights. The main hallway is included as part of the ballroom area. In total, this area is about 670 square feet. There is a small balcony (big enough for two people) on the second level that can be included as part of the lawn rental or the ballroom rental for an additional fee.
