The house is a Spanish-style home with hardwood floors and tile throughout. There is a working fireplace in her Living Room. We have Formal dining and kitchenette. Our backyard is private. This 1939 house is old but well cared for and has a lot of character and history. This space is great for artist showings, dance rehearsals, photo shoots. A great place for a small office retreat. Perfect for baby or wedding showers, political fundraisers. Casita available for backyard events. Backyard is concrete and can be covered with turf for garden style parties with easy clean up.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
