About the Space
We live in Tempe but our backyard looks like a small, private park. We have grass, and multiple Chinese Elm trees. In addition to the treehouse, we also have a pool that lights up nicely at night with beautiful blue plaster. The treehouse itself features a large deck, a large stair with a 300 landing, and an interior room that is insulated & air-conditioned. The room itself is about 8x8 and approximately 6' high.
We also have a guest suite that's accessible with a commode, sink shower and room for changing or equipment.

This is an entirely outdoor space, except for the actual inside part, we will be cleaning it in between bookings but there are really no surfaces people would be touching.
