About the Space
A secluded, fully private, gated home in East Austin—just under 10 minutes from downtown. The space features a large dining table that seats up to 8, flowing into an open living area that comfortably accommodates 7+ guests. There’s also a secondary living room that seats 6, along with a separate private office.
Outside, the patio offers a relaxed lounge area overlooking a spa-like pool, complete with chaise pool chairs—ideal for both work and unwinding.
Perfect for small to mid-sized business meetings (both TVs support casting, and the office includes a large rolling whiteboard), backyard photo shoots, and more.
