Less than 10 minutes from the heart of downtown, this home has a large focal table to seat up at 8 with an open floor plan to the living area which can accommodate 7+. There is also an additional living space which can comfortable hold 6 and as well as a separate private office. The outdoor patio boasts a lounge area overlooking the spa-like pool and chaise pool chairs. The space is perfect for small-medium business meetings (both TVs can be casted to, office is equipped with a rolling large whiteboard), photo shoots in the backyard garden, plus much more!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
