Our venue spans 1,400 sq ft, offering a spacious and versatile setting that provides a blank canvas for your unique event vision. With the capacity to host up to 60 guests, our space is ideally designed for Baby Showers, Kids' Parties, and Intimate Gatherings. Immerse yourself in a space where every detail can be tailored to make your occasion memorable. **Please contact host before booking** FAQ How many guests can the venue host? 60 Guest Can we bring outside food, hire caterers, or a DJ? All are welcome in the venue. Please note that we do not have a kitchen or fridge available to clean dishes & store food. What is required to secure the event date? To secure the event date, a $250 non-refundable deposit, a signed contract, a government-issued ID, and either an in-person tour or a phone consultation are necessary. Are tables and chairs included? No, tables and chairs are not included. You can rent 8 rectangle tables and 48 chairs for $150. When can I schedule a tour? Tours can be scheduled Monday through Friday. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
