Old meets new with a mix of New England-inspired charm best describes our renovated 1940s stone house. Our home sits back on an estate-like lot in Jackson Park; a very safe & quiet neighborhood. We have beautiful natural light that filters through the Bedrooms, Dining, Lounge & Living room - it's clean, spacious & uncluttered. With two main living spaces, each offering a different feel we're confident you'll find your perfect shot! Our carefully curated style features vignettes with rare studio pottery, vintage paintings, antiques, soapstone kitchen countertops, white walls, exposed brick, unique light fixtures & thoughtful decor. So much love & care has gone into every detail of this home! Perfect for photo shoots, smaller-scale video productions, content creation & product shoots. Plenty of on-site parking is available with easy load-in at the back of the house. Please note: Hourly rates listed apply to small shoots (up to 15 people). Upon consideration, larger commercial productions or crews exceeding 15 people will require a custom day rate. Please reach out to inquire more about this.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
