About the Space
180 degree ocean view with a large patio that is great for birthday and anniversary parties, showers, proposals, meetings, and photo shoots. Catalina island straight ahead in your field of vision. Can observe the sunrise in the morning as well as the sunset in the evening. Gorgeous,colorful skies at sunset. We have a nice combination of patio furniture that can be utilized. We are also happy to move furniture around to accommodate your event. There is room to bring in tables and chairs, catered food, bar and band.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
