Our lifestyle studio is located in the heart of Wynwood Art District and Midtown Miami. It is perfect for photographers, videographers, and influencers. Our goal is to provide a clean, affordable space where creatives can bring their vision to life. Our East Facing Studio Has Natural Day Light. By booking this studio, you agree to comply with all the rules listed below. YOU MAY NOT MOVE permanent furniture (ARCH, CURVED BENCH, FLORAL SILK TREE, PHOTO STEPS, LEAN MIRROR, AND STONE PEDESTAL) around for any reason to avoid bodily injuries, damages, and booking schedule interruption. Please no standing or shoes on furniture. A $100 FEE will be charged via Peerspace if furniture is found moved from the original place after booking. ABSOLUTELY, NO FIRE, SMOKING, VAPING, INCENSE, ALCOHOL, OR ILLEGAL DRUGS. NO CONFETTI, GLITTER, PAINT, AND WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED. NO SHOES PERMITTED OR STANDING ON FURNITURE. NO FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED ON OR NEAR FURNITURE. NO ANIMALS OR PETS. NO LOUD MUSIC NO BODY OILS. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
