About the Space
The home is open plan so one can see from one end of the common area, all the way to the other side High ceiling, inverted ceiling lights and lots of windows. A bright, warm space with hardwood flooring. Front and back yards are certified wildlife habitat. A running fountain with soothing water sounds. Quiet street and space. Back yard is three levels with lots of shade, sitting and relaxing (2 hammocks) space. Backyard has play house and plenty of space for yoga, meditation or just sit and 'be.' Attached garage can house equipment. The space is great for the following: - Film shoots - Picture shoots - Meetings (inside and outside with plenty of shade) - Peaceful, quiet retreat (inside and outside) - Workshops

Prior to leaving, throw all of your trash away in outside trash bins in driveway. Do not leave trash or food or crumbs on counters or on floor. $80 cleaning fee collected with booking.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
