PLEASE READ FIRST BEFORE BOOKING We love Peerspace and they provide a great service, but their web design and price structure are a bit confusing, so please read bellow carefully to be sure all is clear OUR STUDIO We run a busy photo, video, audio production studio. Since 1998, we have completed more than 9000 of our own projects, but when our beautiful space is free we sometimes also rent it to other production crews. The entire space is 3600+ square feet with 2 main shooting spaces, a kitchenette, and bathroom. The studio is at ground level, in a quiet neighborhood, easily accessible, one minute away from the highway, with free parking in the building compound or in the street. PRODUCTION SPACE 1 The first production space is an infinite white cyclorama, 25x20x14’, with also a large green screen option, and a huge white flood ceiling light. PRODUCTION SPACE 2 The second space is the mezzanine, a modern and inviting lounge space set with designer furniture, a white leather round sofa, antique carpets, modern art, and large plants. It is lit by natural sunlight from skylights overhead (that can be fully closed). PRODUCTION SPACE 3 Space 3 is optional, it is our orange soundproof recording room, that can sometimes be used as a green room or a shooting room. The fully equipped audio recording studio is also an option that would only come with one of our sound engineers. WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS Our studio was used for many different projects like podcasts, livestreams, interviews, classes, training, portrait, fashion, products, music videos, documentaries, and many private projects. PRICES Our price structure is simple and might differ from the limited Peerspace options: 1st hour = $150 Additional hours = $90 /each, Monday to Friday 9 to 6 pm Additional hours = $120 /each, before 9 am, after 6 pm, and weekends, and holidays. OTHER CHARGES You must leave the studio as clean as you found it = $0 Cleaning fee = $90 Repainting the white cyclorama floor = $150 EQUIPMENT Most crews come with their own team and equipment, but please let us know if you need to rent some of our equipment or get help from our talented technicians. REMEMBER Please understand that you are not just renting a full empty space, it is a full production studio, with other spaces and staff, you will only have access to the spaces mentioned above, and one of our crew will be around full time.
