Welcome to our amazing photography studio! Located in Baltimore, Maryland within the Broom Factory Building – a 10-minute drive from Harbor East and a 2-minute drive from the Canton Shopping Center – this beautiful studio is the perfect place to create breathtaking art. The studio includes a backdrop area to shoot your photography, a changing room, a beauty area, and props. As a photographer myself, I do all of my studio shoots in this space and I have never felt creatively limited. The Canton Shopping Center only 0.3 miles away with retail stores and food options (Target, Michaels, Chick-Fil-A, Iron Rooster, and ULTA Beauty to name a few). Next to the studio, there is a 7-11, Qdoba, Panera Bread, and more. The studio itself is private, but the facility in which the warehouse is in is shared with other businesses, so please be respectful! This studio is intended for primarily photography purposes in the backdrop area with small to large teams. This peace can also be tailored for events with a capacity up to 40 people. Music videos, especially ones with more than a couple of subjects, are not allowed no matter the circumstances. For videography purposes, especially ones including audio, please message me with your project and I'll let you know any details – but heads up, the studio isn't soundproof, so perfect audio can't be guaranteed. Things to Know: - The facility the studio is in has ample parking spaces and clean shared restrooms for men and women. - When booking, please let me know what backdrop you want to use in your message. Otherwise, a white backdrop will be set out for you. I will always have a white and gray/black option, but I'll occasionally have shades of brown. blue, and pink. One backdrop comes included with your booking for free, and an additional backdrop is $10 each. Only white, black, and backdrops are guaranteed to be available. If your requested color is not in stock, we can purchase it for a $90 fee. Please use as minimal paper as possible, these things are (unnecessarily) expensive. - Smoke of any kind is not allowed (including vaping, or a fog machine!) and is subject to a $300 fee. - The use of confetti, glitter, or any amount of small particles is not allowed, unless requested beforehand, but will be subject to a $50 fee due to additional clean-up time. - For all lighting questions, please see the lighting section!
