About the Space

Located just outside the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles, our versatile 4,000+ sq. ft. space is ideal for photo shoots, film productions, and creative events. Featuring polished concrete floors, two skylights, and a professional cyc wall, Stage 1 provides the perfect backdrop for your project. The stage also includes a production loft with an elevated view of the entire space, offering a unique perspective for your crew. The space is equipped with 400 amps of power and Bose surround sound speakers to ensure your production runs smoothly. For additional flexibility, we offer a small soundstage located backstage complete with a grid, TV, and private bathroom. This space can double as a dedicated hair & makeup room which comes with a rolling glamour station, lighting, and clothing racks for wardrobe changes. Our custom-designed VIP room is perfect for your talent or team to relax between takes, featuring a small fridge, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. Clients will also appreciate the convenience of on-site parking and the option to relax on the outside patio. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
